CGA Sanders Structural Characteristics
![]() |
All processes of production of the machines designed and produced by CGA are fully monitored and coordinated by the Company: from the design with CAD-CAE, the carpentry work on sheet metal and heavy metal structures on the base, the precision machining turning and milling, to final assembly of the machines.
Bases and structural components solid and stable, made of steel and fully welded, internal pillars to ensure stability of the structure over time,
Structure composed of 2 separate stands fully welded, without the use of bolts or anchor bolts but united by lifting columns adjustable
Working table in structural steel of great thickness to ensure stability and continuity over time
FEEDING & PRESSURE SYSTEM
in order to ensure the correct processing and to avoid that the pieces move while they are passing under the machine CGA studied different types of pressure systems that can act on the workpiece from above or below.
Feeding systems with pressure rollers or conveyor belt both on top or inferior machines.
